Sneak Preview: masterfilm Flora Woudstra Hablé

Former Uitkijk staff member Flora Woudstra Hablé moved to Brussels in 2021 to retrain as a filmmaker. Four years later, she is presenting her master’s film DESTROY ME, PLEASE at De Uitkijk as a special preview for interested audiences. The 15-minute short film follows two Lebanese boys who keep each other updated through voice messages during an Israeli attack on Lebanon. One boy still lives in Beirut and experiences the events firsthand, while the other lives in the Netherlands and tries to keep his distance. DESTROY ME, PLEASE received positive feedback from the external jury at the Brussels film school and is now being prepared for submission to film festivals.
